Upon arrival, some of my perfume samples had leaked, possible just due to rough travels or something out of the companies hand. After reaching out and explaining my situation, they quickly and kindly sent out replacements for every sample that was damaged. Really great products, and great customer service as well!

I was not expecting to receive my order so quickly! Fast delivery and great customer service. One of the bottles I received leaked and about half of it was gone. I contacted customer service and they responded the same day with a tracking number for another bottle. I’ll definitely be making another purchase!

great customer service... i had a problem with one of the sprayers but they were very responsive and are sending me a new one... also a great way to try new scents !
