I am a new Scentbox customer for 4 months now. I love this company!! They have a huge variety of fragrances to pick from as well as Candles, Potpourri, Lotions and other lovely items. Their Customer Service is one of the best I've seen. They are so helpful and expedited any issues I had immediately. I can't say enough good things about this company and I will be a loyal customer for years to come. Thank you Scentbox for your awesome service.

It was my first order from Scentbox and the sprayer didn't work on my purchase I was so upset I was looking forward for the first purchase I explained to customer service about my purchase and the immediately explained they would replace it and they did ❤️❤️❤️

I haven't received my first shipment yet but that's because I accidentally entered in the wrong address and when I emailed their customer service, they were extremely helpful and fast replying! They are doing a reshipment for me no charge extra to my correct address and I couldn't be more grateful for the amount of effort and attentiveness they gave me! Fully investing into Scentbox!

Scent box has been amazing so far! I purchased my first box before this months shipment and got it quick! The scents were amazing. I had an accident with one scent and a bottle broke, scent box didn’t hesitate to replace it for me so I thank them! Great customer service!

I love this company!! I have used them for many years and grown with them as they have evolved into a wonderful scent option for consumers. I have earned lots of rewards as all of my friends use them too. Over the years, any time there has been an issue with any of my items (broken top or wrong scent), they immediately rectify situation with out a question asked. I will continue to try my scents with them

I placed an order last month and the service was fast! The scents are accurate and true to buying at a store. It was simple which I love! I ordered again this month and didn’t receive the package I was extremely upset because as we all know money is tight. After talking to Scent Decant they reassured me and sent me a new order. Have ordered from them a few times. The last time I ordered I received one wrong sample. Customer service took care of it right away.
