My package was never delivered so I reached out and they answered immediately. I didn't think I was going to get a response. They informed me that they resent the package.

I placed an order and forgot to add the apartment # in the shipping address. Once Mailed delivery failed, Scent Decant sent me another order in the same day at no cost to me! What a great customer service. Highly recommended

First time using scent decant I was excited because I could try a bunch of different men's colognes in small amounts to see if I like them before I invested money in larger containers. One of the samples I bought the actual atomizer did not work. I emailed customer support They recommended some things I could do to get it working. Unfortunately it would not. So literally in two emails in 5 minutes they contacted me back thanked me for trying the solutions and told me they were sending me out another vial of cologne at no cost to me. I was very happy with my purchase to begin with. Coupled with amazing customer service and no hassles whatsoever. In the future sent decant will be my first choice for fragrances. Keep up the good work thank you

I received my sample really quickly. Unfortunately most of it leaked out. They asked for a photo of the empty bottle which I gave them and a new one was shipped out right away.

The products sell themselves, but the customer service is what will keep me coming back again and again. I’ve already told all my friends and coworkers, and I can wait to give these out as awesome stocking stuffers!!

Fast shipping and when my items arrived i noticed there were some samples that were damaged. I contacted the company and they responded swiftly. I told them my problem showed proof and they were quick to replace my items at no cost to me. Thank you for making this entire transaction smooth I appreciate it.

This was my first time ever ordering/experimenting with fragrances, so I was quite overwhelmed to see the amount of options but Scent Decant allowed me to purchase multiple sample bottles at once for a fraction of the cost of other websites.
