I truly do not think this product is authentic. I’ve been using creed fragrances for many years. I can say that their samples do smell authentic, but they do not have the lasting power that creed is known for these produce are knock offs.🫢😳

I ordered Creed Aventus and never have received it. They sent a tracking number that didn’t even belong to my order. I spent $250 on this cologne and now trying to dispute it on my credit card. Be aware before ordering from this site. I will be using fragrance.net.

With that response it says it all. Great Customer service. Far from professional and exactly what I said before. Shady AF. Oh by the way they will not refund all of your money when it was lost in the mail. And they charge that extra $1. I never got the product and still had to pay for shipping of ‘Zero’ product delivered.I had to dispute with my bank. Such a hassle.

Save your time and go elsewhere. I ordered a mix of 3ml and 1ml vials to sample. My order arrived leaking and smelling incredibly strong. I immediately contacted customer service with several pictures claiming my order was damaged. Then they wanted more pictures, and asked which scents. I replied ALL 9. They ask for all 9 pictures of vials and all 9 scents. I send all pictures and include their SKU for each scent in order of the pictures. Once again they ask which scents. Finally on the 4th try I have included the sky, scent name, vial size, and estimate of how much was missing. Hopefully this is good enough but is definitely the last time I will do business with. My advice is for others to look elsewhere for service

I purchased the samples so that they were coming for a specific date. They come in and every single one is empty and damaged, leaking all over the packaging. They refused to refund me even though their site says that they would and sent me the order a second time. And the second time also Was full of broken vials and leaked all over. Their support email is useless and the actual website doesn’t have a review tab. They just post very obviously fake reviews. Probably the worst costumer service I’ve ever had.

My husband purchased the womens Burberry, as a gift for me, from this site. It smells horrible! It for sure doesn't smell like the Burberry I already have. I did some checking: I looked up the site to find their "about us" section is simply a copy and paste of a dummy text used in the printing and typeset industry. Click on testimonials and it takes you to fragrances, no testimonials found. I also searched for Burberry on their site, it states "no products". Very suspicious company. I will ask my husband not to purchase from this site again.

I got scammed. They sent me the wrong fragrance and they put the “tag” on it with the name I purchased. Upon complaining they say no refund & no returns. They didn’t even let me ship it back, so they can review it. Do not recommend.

I ordered a bottle of cologne Burberry for men. It showed a picture of a normal 3oz bottle. I received a 3ml bottle that was smaller than my little finger. I think it was deception on their part.
