Easy to navigate website, good delivery

Great customer service! I ordered some samples, and unfortunately, 1 was missing and another one was doubled up. I sent an email explaining the situation. They responded in less than 1 business day and also shipped the missing sample out the same day. I will definitely be ordering more from Scent Decant in the future.

Affordable prices. I buy decants every now and then when I’m taking business or family trips so i decided to try them. Overall excellent customer service. Shipping was timely and when i had an issue with my order it was resolved quickly! First time using Scent Decant and i don’t really see myself shopping elsewhere!

The products came as ordered. Unfortunately, one of the samples was damaged in shipping. The company responded immediately and is sending a replacement at no charge. Good product, excellent customer service, would definitely order from them again.

They sent my order to another address easy mistake with the order but instead of making my issue they just Re shipped my same order at no extra cost… love my experience with the company 5 star service

This is a great way to test out a scent before purchasing. I made a purchase of the smallest size samples of a few scents. Package arrived on time but upon opening, the vials were sticky because two samples were not screwed on properly. When I was asked about the delivery, I responded with the issue. I did not ask for anything to compensate; I just wanted to provide quality assurance information. The customer service was amazing!! They asked which scents were not closed right and sent me replacements. I will certainly use this company again!

Scent decant has it all! Quality fragrances in many sizes to test out to find your next faves without breaking the bank. If thats not enough, Their customer service is divine. I had a package without my proper address on it and the post office returned to sender before I even noticed the error. I contacted them via email and was immediately contacted and i was able to give them my address direct to get my package resent out. I love the speed and efficiency of the entire process on-top of the wonderful quality. Definitely a customer for life!

They assisted me with a package misplaced by USPS by promptly sending a replacement at no cost. Their demeanor was exceptionally respectful and understanding.
