I've ordered from Scent Decant twice now, and I'm 100% pleased! First and foremost, it's a fantastic way to sample fragrances at a fraction of retail cost, so you know what you like before you spend the money on the big bottles. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, their customer service is on point! My most recent order arrived with 2 damaged samples (one leaked, and damaged one of the others). I let the company know, and I really didn't expect much since we're only dealing with very small samples. Their customer service team did not hesitate to address the situation. They asked for pics, and as soon as I sent them, they issued a couple of replacement samples to be sent out immediately. This is exactly the kind of company you want to deal with. They clearly care about their customers and their reputation, and that makes for a stellar experience. Thank you, Scent Decant!

Such a great company with excellent customer service!! I received my order and was missing a sample that I ordered. I emailed customer service and next thing I know, I receive an email confirmation for my sample that I was missing (no charge, of course) & another email with an apology for my missing item. I didn’t have to wait wondering if they’d correct the error…they were so quick to respond & rectify my order!!! I will definitely be ordering again!!

Scent Decant is Awesome! They ship super fast and their customer service is ON POINT. Sprays also have excellent quality. Had an issue with one of the Decant Atomizers not working so I notified them and they quickly resolved the issue by sending me another one free of charge. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I didn't like using a subscription service because I was paying a lot for larger samples of fragrances I might not like. I like being able to get several much smaller samples at a time for the same price. Scent Decant also ships pretty quickly, and the samples have arrived in perfect condition. They also have more options than the subscription service I was using.

In general, they charge a little less to give you a little more when it comes to high end niche scents compared to competitors. And they put them in tiny atomizers so you can spray on clothes, which is nice compared to the usual little capped sample vials from other decant companies.

I've been wanting to change up my perfume and most places charge $10+ for a sample size. I was so excited when I discovered scent decant, I ordered so many samples! My order took a little while to ship but when I contacted customer service to inquire about it they were very communicative and it got here quickly after shipping. One of my samples had leaked out, but fortunately it was in a little baggie with a just few others rather than being packaged all together. I contacted customer service to let them know and they promptly sent out another sample of that scent. I definitely recommend doing business with them and I will be ordering again!
