I received a broken decant and they promptly got back to me and sent me another sample.

This company has great customer service and communications. I ordered a few samples and when they arrived one had leaked. I emailed them explaining what happened and my replacement was sent out within a couple of hours. I will be ordering more perfumes soon.

Got a couple colognes and one of the three bottles leaked. After emailing them they quickly provided with a replacement. Overall very trustworthy.

ScentDecant.com has a good selection. They delivered my order quickly. There was a problem with one of the bottles, which leaked in transit due to a defective lid. But they sent me a replacement sample after I showed them a picture. I am satisfied with my order, and will likely shop here again.

I recently made a purchase of 5 samples and 3 of them wasn’t spraying after trying over 50 or more times to pump it, the pump was just not working. I contacted them or the website and I received an immediate response, and they are sending me out new sample at no additional charge. I’m so glad that they are, I really wasn’t expecting that but as I told they I really appreciate it. I really didn’t want to have to open the bottle to pour it out to try it out. So thank you Scents Decant will always purchase from you.

Great customer service Recieved my order and one sample bottle had leaked. Emailed company and had a response the same day. With no hesitation they refunded my money due to the product out of stock. Very kind and timely response. Definitely will order more from them. A1 standard

Great customer service (kinda of hard to find these days). One of my items was wrong. I sent one email and they shipped me the correct item within 24hrs. I will definitely use this again and highly recommend.
