I recently made my first purchase from Scent Decant and am so happy with my purchase. I love that I can sample an endless amount of fragrances without committing to an expensive full size bottle. There are so many size ranges for the samples and the fragrances are authentic. If you fall in love with one(or 10 lol) you can come back and purchase a larger sample size, or even a full size for some fragrances. Ordering was easy and my order shipped within the given time frame. There was a small issue with my order and I reached out to customer service via email and was responded to within a day. My issue was addressed and fixed within a day as well. That is what I call top customer service!! The loyalty rewards program is an added feature that I love as well. You can earn points to redeem as discounts on future purchases. I highly recommend this company and will for sure be back to try more scents!!

When dealing with a product issue; customer service was prompt and offered easy troubleshooting. When that didn't work they were more than willing to replace the product. Very happy to have helpful service! Will be ordering many more times!

USPS said they delivered my package but I never received it. I reached out to Scent Decant and they replaced my order free of charge. Excellent customer service!!!

I have purchased several times from this company now. The perfumes are all legit. On my last purchase I had one item that came in the wrong size and one item that had leaked. I contacted them late on a saturday and they responded promptly and immediately submitted a free replacement. I really like the service and will continue to purchase from them.

Products are authentic and customer service rocks!! I’ve ordered about 3-4 times from them now and with my last order one of my bottles had leaked in transit. I contacted their customer service email and explained what happened. They replied in a very timely manner and they are sending a replacement. I love this company! :)
