I couldn’t recommend more! My boyfriend wants a nice cologne but isn’t sure which one yet. I ordered 6 1ml samples and they came quick. Unfortunately, one of the samples spilled. Within hours it was replaced and sent out for shipping. The customer service is great and so is the all around concept. I will be ordering again!

First time ordered got 4 of the small trial samples. One was empty I think it may leaked in the bag. I emailed and they responded so quickly and sent me a new one. Great customer service! The others I got smelt wonderful can't wait to try more.

I purchased like 10 samples from them. All 10 arrived exactly what I had ordered. The shipping was very quick and packaging was great. I did have one sample that had a minor leak when it arrived. I had sent them a message and they shipped a replacement out that day. Their customer service is A+++. Love this site, I would deffinetly recommend to a friend. Can’t wait to order from again.

I love this company. I love that even 1ml samples come in little spray bottles instead of the vials with applicators that most companies send you. I had one sample that came leaking. Scent Decant gladly sent me a replacement. The prices are also great. I wish there was a bigger selection of perfumes and brands though so I could use Scent Decant more often and didn't have to order from other places.

Had 3 of my fragrances show up with minuscule amounts of fragrance in the (they leaked). Someone In customer service was speedy to help reply and eventually resend the damaged fragrances.

Great experience so far, ordered about 10 samples, a couple leaked but they worked with me and handled it with great customer service. The site have been easy to navigate and use will definitely be a return customer.
