My order came promptly but one of the samples had leaked out in transit. I contacted customer service and the same day they had a replacement already set to ship. Great customer service and product.

I ordered a handful of perfume samples from ScentDecant and despite careful packaging, one of the samples leaked and made couple of others around it sticky and labels unreadable. I reached out to customer service with my issue and within an hour I had a reply letting me know that they'd gladly reship the damaged items. There was not back and forth nonsense communication, I cannot wait to order more from ScentDecant.

Scent decant is wonderful. They have an endless amount of samples that allow customers to try out fragrances for great prices, without the commitment of purchasing large, expensive sizes. Great customer service and quick shipping.

I highly recommend Scent Decant. They have a large selection of samples you can choose from. Also one of samples spilled in shipping, I emailed them about it and they responded in a timely fashion and shipped me a new sample free of charge.
