I fell in love with two fragrances after sampling the smallest vials. The small vials didn’t spray and they sent me replacements ASAP. Then, bad luck my larger order never arrived. After contacting customer service they replaced that also. They were awesome

Products arrived as described - fragrances seem totally authentic. Order was placed Thursday 6/11, shipped Saturday 6/13, arrived Tuesday 6/16 - very prompt. I received emails at every juncture letting me know things were in motion. I'm very happy with my purchase from ScentDecant and will look to them in the future for sample 1ml fragrances.

I had put the wrong adress and was worried that it wasn’t going to be delivered correctly and that I had just made an expensive mistake. This problem was quickly resolved and I am happy to say that this company is trustworthy especially because the customer service great and helpful for a fragrance collector such as myself. Sincerely, Sebastian B

I placed an order for 3 different perfumes and was sent one bottle of one perfume plus 2 bottles of the second perfume instead. I contacted the company with a photo of the incorrect order and they sent me the right one for free.

Great experience! I ordered a sampler and one of the atomizers did not work properly. I notified customer service and they worked with me to resolve the issue promptly and to my satisfaction. Additionally, I am totally satisfied with the quality of the decants.

So, I ordered some sample sized colognes from ScentDecant so I can try to find a higher end cologne that compliments my natural baseline body scent. The sample size themselves are perfect for this. I also had an issue where USPS can't find my address, which happened with this shipment. I emailed the support team and had a very quick response asking for the correct address and next day it was shipped again. Will be getting all my cologne from here from now on.

Thank you so much. I don’t know what happen with my original order but tracking had stopped updating For almost two weeks. Making it seem as if my package was lost. No fault of Scent Decant. Oddly it arrived today 4.11. I reached out to Scent Decant and they reshipped but I haven’t received that yet but will send it back. Their customer is top tier. Forever a customer.
