So far not happy at all! After 8 business days my order still hasn't shipped and I get the same automated response to every email inquiry!

California based company, Typical California business ethics. Quick to take your money, slow to send what you order, then they send it to the other side of the country. (Atleast thats what they told me) They give you the run around, then after they get what they want from you, they tell you they dont give refunds, and you never hear from them again..... I ordered several samples of perfume for my wife on 10-13-24. I never recieved the items, and they sent me a Track# that clearly showed that whatever they sent was not coming to me. It was on the other side of U.S. and showed it wasnt coming to me. I emailed and asked for refund, and even though there website clearly states there refund policy.... They replied to me in a email that they dont issue refunds but they would issue a re-send. Now its a month later and still havent recieved what i ordered. I dont believe they are scammers, cuz there are reviews of people getting what they ordered. However i do believe California operates a lil differ than the rest of America. It must be the time zone making them 4hrs behind the rest of us. They just cant seem to catch up and keep up with how the rest of America does business. I guess you can keep my money. It certainly appears you poor saps need it worse than i do😉

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order recently with standard shipping. Their company ships from Irvine, CA, and I am in San Diego County, a mere 1.5 hour distance. So, even with the slowest method of shipping, I should receive the parcel at most in 3 business days. I was supposed to receive the parcel on October 31st. Upon check the tracking, it revelaed that the parcel was at a USPS facility, stuck in limbo, continuing to arrive and depart at this same location, every few hours. Note that the zip code present on the tracking IS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ZIP CODE THAN WHERE I LIVE. I immediately reached out to USPS, which is always an arduous process, and and they couldn't tell me much, but said that this was due to the parcel having an incorrect zip code printed on the shipping label, and urged me to contact the sender. When I reached out to Scent Decant, they were slow in responding, did not apologize once, and simply stated that they "do not contact USPS." I kept bringing up that the reason I didn't have my parcel was due to an error on their part and they continued to fail to acknowledge this and simply said "if you don't receive the parcel in 10 business days, we will issue a resend." The most appalling part of this experience is the fact that I didn't even ask for a refund or resend, I simply asked if they could contact USPS and look into it for me SINCE IT IS THEIR FAULT/THEIR ISSUE. I was persistent, and they sent a measly $5 refund for the inconvenience. It is now November 7, the parcel is still stuck, and when I contacted USPS on November 4, the said that the only way the parcel can be delivered to me is if an intercept is requested. This requires a fee of basically half of what I paid for my order with Scent Decant. I paid it. When I reached out to Scent Decant again and told them of this info, they literally said: "We are sorry to hear that, but we do not reimburse any additional fees from the USPS." Still do not have my fragrance, the parcel is still stuck in the same exact location, Scent Decant still won't budge, and I basically have my money taken and nothing to show for it. LOL. SO SUS.

Would give a zero if I could. The shipping was slow as a snail, I wondered if I had been conned. When it did it arrive it one of my testers came broken and smashed with the fragrance leaked out due to their choice of shipping sensitive items in an envelope bag. Stupid. When I told them what happened they wanted my picture proof which I gladly gave but said they will not refund me or replace. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The sample I ordered turned out to be the size of the tip on my baby finger. Thankfully I only spent 10 bucks. Again, more deception and trickery.

Sends 90% leaking samples and won't refund at all. Cannot read any labels due to fragrance leaking out all over them. Even though it's common sense you should use laminated labels on something that has the chance of leaking. Then they proceed to lie to my credit card company that everything arrived in great condition 🤣 Even though I sent pictures right away after opening the package. Truly a disgusting way to run a company. Even a partial refund or apology would suffice. Worst customer service, quite a joke. Won't be surprised when I see more bad reviews. 👎🤢

Ordered 19 items. They sent 11 and then made me send them a picture of the packing slip and a list of the eight missing items. Now I am leaving tomorrow without the travel spray I ordered. And, the company stated they won't give me a refund, just a resend.

Of course they have a 4 star rating when they write their own reviews. They sell imitation cologne and then will refund if the package hasn't been opened. We had to open it to see and the bottle was different, smell was different and color of cologne was very different. They claim they only sell imitation in their oils. Very upset over this. Beware!
