Scent DecantReviews of scentdecant.com

I love Scent Decant!! Their company gives me an opportunity to experience a variety of different fragrances without the cost of buying an entire bottle of one cologne. Not only are the products they sale top notch, their customer service is fantastic. I recently had an error in my order, (mistakes will and do happen), but was rectified within a day. Including shipping out the correct item that was missing. Great communication and fast service. I recommend Scent Decant for anyone exploring fragrances!

Great concept, almost a try before you buy. Small samples for great prices and excellent prices on regular quantities. One of my samples was empty and they immediately issued me a new sample shipped free of charge. Mistakes always happen with ANY business. Supply quality problems, order inaccuracies, shipping damage all inevitably occur. A business that claims perfection is lying. The measure of a business is how they handle the issue. Scent Decant gets an A+.

Quick ship! Lovely product. I bought Oscar De La Renta Bella Blanca ! Also they sent some coupons. Thank you!

Easy, efficient order with a great selection and good pricing. Had an issue with a missing product in my order and they resolved that ASAP.

I placed an order for a lot of small size samples. Once everything arrived I noticed one of the products was missing. I emailed the company and within the hour they responded and worked with me to ship out the missing item. All products are authentic and small samples arrived in glass atomizer bottles, while other companies ship the small 1ml samples in plastic vials with no atomizer. I will be buying from this company again.

It makes so much scents to order samples of designers, then wasting time going to the mall. Out of the 7 samples I got, I've decided to invest in full size bottles of 4 of them. And the other three I gave as gifts to friends who enjoyed them. Most certainly worth the price. I got my order, way Sooner then I expected. The quality was great. I definitely would recommend Scent Decant.

I found Scent Decant while looking for a way to test new scents for my wife and I. After ordering the package processed quickly and arrived two days early. Upon arrival we noticed a few bottles had leaked and removed the labels. I contacted the company and they very quickly resolved the issue! I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Scent Decant!

i ordered 2 samples, and one of them came broken, however, i emailed support, and in the same day they were able to fix the issue they also have alot of options to pick from, which is very nice (i recommend the new york fifth avenue fragrance by fragrance du bois)
