Had a wonderful experience with customer service my fragrance came empty in the packaging i believe to do with the heat wave i emailed them and within 24 hours they had simply asked for a photo and had sent me a new package free of charge it was a wonderful experience 5/5 will use them again

I've been searching to find certain cologne samples for a decent price and I'm glad I stumbled on ScentDecant! My products arrived earlier than expected, so fast shipping! I did have a couple leak in shipping which also caused some labels to fall off and be illegible. As well as, one I was sent was the wrong scent. Customer support was amazing in this as they responded quickly and replaced the items. (Remember that fast shipping? My replacements came before the original was "expected"). I haven't tested all of the colognes yet, so I'm unable to speak on the sprayers working or the scents. From what I can smell.. AMAZING! I will definitely be placing more orders in the future as I am very pleased on price, shipping, quality, and customer service.

Placed my first order for two colognes. I am very impressed especially after One of the colognes sprayer did not work, I contacted company they had me try to prime it, it started leaking. They apologized and sent me a free replacement. I just received the replacement and it works perfectly 👌. Very pleased.
