I ordered several decants on my first order all the scents were legit and they arrived quickly a couple bottles were delivered damaged I contacted customer service and was issued replacements the same day the customer service representative was very kind and helpful I will definitely be ordering from scentdecant again

Honestly, when I received my first order…it was entirely wrong. Obviously, I was sent someone else’s scents. Since it was my first experience, I figured my money and requested scents were lost. I emailed them and was surprised to hear just hours later. After requesting a photo of the incorrect order, they replied that my correct order was on its way. What a breath of fresh air to have a problem resolved so quickly and without hassle. I will be doing business again with this company!!
