Horrible company, stay away!!!! Opened package and vial of so call J'adore poured out in my lap and on my couch. I was upset about losing the entire vial, but EVEN MORE upset because as a user of J'adore, that WAS NOT J'ADORE. The second scent was just as bad. Now I'm stuck with this HORRIBLE smell on my couch. I have to take a shower it stinks so bad.

Yeah this place is a scam. Lol. I ordered three samples polo Ralph Lauren, Mont Blanc, and Dior; they all not only smell exactly the same, they smell like shit. Sounds like they’re writing their own 5-Star ratings, to hear it from other one-star reviews. With how horrible my order is, I cannot imagine this is a legitimate company.

I made several purchases from Scent Decant over the past couple of months, and have grown increasingly tired of their shady business practices. First, I did receive my fragrances, however I was suspicious of their potency due to the lack of longevity. Nearly all of the fragrances I ordered lasted only around 30 minutes to an hour. Next, I received some fragrances spilled or mislabeled. In every order I had at least one or two bottles that were leaking or near empty. The final straw was them completely labeling a fragrance wrong and then lying to me about what fragrance it was (I ordered a clear fragrance and they sent me a dark-brown fragrance), as well as refusing to refund. As a fragrance and personal finance enthusiast, I could not in good conscience recommend anyone to make purchases from this deceitful business.

I ordered a 5oz Creed Aventus. Ive read reviews from multiple sources and many people qurstion authenticity of their products and this is definitely the case for me. What I recieved is definitely not Creed Aventus. Its noticeable instantly.

I ordered a sample of Baccarat rouge 540. I didn't realize I had ordered this from them over a year ago. I thought my first order was with a different company. Both times I received this sample, it had no scent whatsoever, except for rubbing alchohol. They said I could return it for another sample, but I would have to pay for the return,which would be more than the cost of the sample. They charge a $1 surcharge on each order for shipping falsely advertise products.

My name is Eduardo Perez. I Placed an order on January 10, 2025. Notified Scent Decant within five (5) minutes of an error and used their website to contact them. My card was billed immediately. After several hours with no response, they wrote saying they could not edit the name of the sample because the order had processed. After further back and forth they offered to cancel the order. I asked them to cancel. They wrote back saying the order could not be canceled. Why did they offer in the first place? I have placed multiple orders with them and I feel nothing was done to correct the problem or assist in any manner. Extremely poor customer service towards a repeat customer. There is no telephone contact number to speak with a real person. I will never place another order with Scent Decant.

I placed an order on 12/18 and paid for express shipping - order confirmation stated delivery was expected to arrive 12/23-12/24. The UPS label was created on 12/19 at 10:10am, and there's been no progress since. I emailed on 12/21 to ask for a status update, at which time they told me they probably didn't have what I ordered in stock and didn’t know when it would be back in stock and ready to ship. I asked for a refund of the shipping cost, which they did issue on 12/26. On 1/5, when it still hadn’t shipped, I emailed to cancel the order altogether. On 1/8 they said they couldn’t cancel because the order was already shipped. I pointed out that it was not shipped & UPS tracking proves that the package still hasn’t been turned over to them. They replied on 1/10 “Our warehouse team states the parcel has been handed over to the courier.  When they scan it the tracking information below will update”. Tracking info is unchanged. I’ll never do business with these people again.

TLDR: 10 days after my order not shipping and five days of back and forth emails I was told they had run out of supplies and all orders were pending. It took five days to get this answer from them, with them completely ignoring my requests and giving me the run around, and I would've never gotten any answers if I hadn't been so pushy. Their website clearly stated that processing time was 2 days. I will never shop here again. I placed an order for a decant on 12/2/24. On 12/7/24 I noticed the order had not shipped so I emailed them to inquire. They directed me to the shipping link which indicated that the label had been created but the package not sent to USPS. On 12/8/24, I replied advising the item had not shipped and they responded by telling me to wait 2 days for updates. I responded by stating tracking is showing the item has not shipped and they told me to reference their previous email. On 12/10/24 I again told them the item has not shipped and they told me to give a few more days for tracking. I told them I wanted to cancel my order and they said they would check to see if the order could be pulled from ware house and I received no response until I prompted them. On 12/12 they advised that they were out of supplies and all orders were pending. At this point I requested to cancel my order. I was then told that they would check with the warehouse to see if it could be pulled. Finally after advising that I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charge, they agreed to cancel my order.
