They are providing free replacement for damaged products immediately same day. 5. I tested professionally all fragnances I placed and all of them are original and very long lasting on both body and clothes. I appreciated them for providing great service and products! I had an accident with one of my scents that came in the mail and it had gotten damaged in transit and broke. I decided to email customer service to explain what had happened, and I recieved an answer next day! Very nice, and resolved my problem quickly!
