I have only had one issue since Ordering with them. They resolved it immediately, to my satisfaction and very quickly! I will always be a Customer and if you’re looking to try a Scent before paying the full/high price for it, I Highly recommend Scent Decant. You can’t go wrong!

Love the idea of being able to try out scents before investing in even a small bottle of a luxury fragrance. My order shipped and arrived promptly, and when I had an issue with the nozzle on one of the spray bottles their customer service was AMAZING and immediately shipped me a replacement. Would 100% recommend to others.

I absolutely love scent decant. My order got lost in transit. I thought that I was never going to receive my package. I contacted them and within 3 messages they sent my order all over again

I would suggest getting the insurance on the orders. It was my first time ordering and about half broke in transit. BUT their customer service team was on it and redelivered the broken vials at no charge. Amazing samples, and wonderful customer care!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Affordable fragrances are hide to find but thanks to Scent Decant I now have the ability to test any scent I'm interested in without breaking the bank. The ability to get a 1ml sample for >$5 is revolutionary in a market where the cheapest samples in Ulta are $30+. The scents themselves are on point and not one off clones as I have the real bottle and Scent Decants to compare too. All in all very satisfied with my first purchase and have another one in as a write this.
