There’s no way to verify the legitimacy of high end perfume/cologne samples when the originals won’t offer samples or spray cards. They’re too expensive to let stores use for samples.

I think Scent Decant has a very responsive customer service component. However, while pleased with perfume selections, packaging leaves a bit much to be desired. In my inaugural purchase, I ordered about 15 of the smallest vials. They arrived looking a hot mess with labels peeled off and unreadable. There were spills making the tiny black labels runny and leaving ink on my fingers. I was not pleased and expressed my displeasure. An offer was made to replace some of those vials and I declined because I couldn't distinguish which was which. Also, for the ones that weren't smudged, I ciuld barely read all the small lettering. Because I appreciated the gesture of an offer to replace, I decided to place a second order for bigger vials of some fragrances. Those were mostly fine, except for one which was packaged in a smaller atomizer and stopped pumping after the second use. Once, again, I reached out to Scent Decant and after a few exchanges, it was decided the company would send a replacement free of charge.

I ordered a total of 6 different scents. My order was not fulfilled correctly. I had ordered a 5ml spray and received a 3ml size instead. On another scent I purchased a 3ml and received 1ml instead. I emailed them about this and no one has ever reached out to me.
