Scent DecantReviews of scentdecant.com

The post office lost my order. Scent Decant is replacing my order free of charge. That is excellent customer service

Accurate descriptions on their website make it a breeze to find what you're looking for. Excellent prices and customer service make it a wonderful buying experience.

For the quality/rarity of these scents the samples and bottles are priced great. The service is also quick and they are quite nice, one of my samples spilled in shipping and they had no problem sending me a replacement at no cost. The only thing I wish is that they'd package the bottles with some sort of barrier between them in case they do spill a bit or leak so they don't make the bottle smell, which can be unavoidable given that they are small and have an oily liquid inside. Still, I have bought from them multiple times and will in the future as well.

Good customer service. Would recommend 👌

I would recommend. I love their decants. I had a problem with the shipping of my order and they reshipped with no problem. Five stars.

My delivery said delivered but was not where when I went to look an hour later. Working with Scent Decant was a joy. Another shipment was made after a few questions from CS.

One of my orders said it was delivered but I never got it. After a couple of email exchanges, Scent Decant decided to send my order again gaining a customer for life. That is customer service!

Found great options here. Very attentive company. I recommend 👍🏻
