Do not subscribe, do not even think doing it just to try it out coz it's impossible to cancel your subscription! You can not delete your account and they will be charging you every month until you change your bank card ! Baaaadddd !!!!

We're sorry you had trouble cancelling. It's actually a very quick and easy process, just go to My Account and click the black "CANCEL" button. That's it.

I signed up with Scentbox as a new customer still waiting on my first order. So I called them twice to where my order is and same answer from different customer service representative, they are having issues and this has never happened before. Yea right save your money and do not sign up cancel like I did, I just wasted money and I know now it is a scam.

No way to cancel subscription from website. Force you to email them to cancel. When I emailed, they said they had no record of my email address associated with any account.

I LOVE ScentBox! I actually had it for the 1st time a few years ago but things got a little tough financially so I had to let go of my subscriptions to a lot of things I loved. Now, however, things are a little better and I actually got a subscription to ScentBird… BIG MISTAKE! I got the 1st bottle and realized that I’d made a mistake! It was so cheaply made and it felt like it was going to fall apart in my hand. So, I immediately emailed them to cancel my subscription there and got my favorite & BEST subscription back at Scent Box! I was so happy when I got my first month from ScentBox again! Everything is so nicely packaged and looks and feels nice to hold! I always keep one in my purse and one on my night stand. It looks so lovely but also perfect for on the go! Also, the perfumes I get are always great! I have yet to get one that I have not liked but I know that if there is ever one that I don’t like I can easily exchange it for another! I just absolutely LOVE your product! It is definitely the best fragrance subscription out!! Sorry for such a long reply I just really do LOVE getting my ScentBox every month in the mail!

I have had a really good experience so far, I received my first fragrance last week and absolutely love it! I think this is such a great idea and the platinum fragrances available are very current, I can’t wait to try them all :) I’m based in the UK so it takes about 3 weeks for the fragrance to be delivered. The courier company were also very helpful when I contacted them, they provided a prompt and helpful update. Highly recommend

I love my monthly fragrance subscriptions! I'm a member of two different fragrance subscriptions right now - ScentBox being my favorite one. I really like that they have the option of receiving 1, 2 or 3 scents and month. They have a great selection of designer and niche houses. And they send a travel case for each fragrance you get. Shipping is really quick too. You can pause or cancel your subscription very easily as well. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year but my order from 11/22/22 supposedly shipped the next day but was just now received on 12/31/22. I’m not sure how shipping takes over a month, but I was never contacted or updated. The “contact us” link on the website doesn’t work so there’s no way to speak to a representative. Never had a problem in the past but now I’m hesitant to use in the future. They clearly have no problem taking my monthly payment despite not receiving the previous months supply.
