I have to say, I got a Groupon deal for this site and I was excited to use it for Christmas gifts for some family members. I wanted to use it right away, however I think they weren't ready for the great response they got from Groupon junkies and were out of stock of 99% of their items the first few times I checked in with them to order. Finally, stock was refreshed, I found a couple of things I thought would be perfect for gifts and placed my order. The communication was great and I knew they received my order, it was on its way and I could track it - hooray! It took a while to get to me, but when it arrived, I was impressed by the packaging. It looked like a gift for me - wrapped in a nice box with a purple bow. NIce touch. However, when I opened it, I had mixed feelings. I liked the two scarves very much, (one I even had a hard time giving away) but one of the scarves was not in the best of shape. I had to cut quite a few straggler threads off to make it a presentable gift. If I had more time, I probably would have returned it for another one, but the holidays are upon us and I needed to get my package out this week. I'm just hoping it doesn't unravel within the first few uses...

I ordered the teal paisley and the brown zebra with my Groupon. The quality was outstanding and the material was so soft. I wore them and got complements both times. I love that they were affordable and fashionable. I would definitely order from Scarves.com again.

I had received a Groupon deal for scarves.com. It was such a great deal, and I was impressed with the variety of scarves. After my scarves had shipped, I noticed an error in the tracking information and the notices I had received from the post office. I contacted the customer service line, and was reassured that my scarves would most likely be delivered in the next few days. The representative also let me know that I could call back if my scarves didn't show up by the end of the following week. I got my scarves the next day. I was impressed with the customer service support and the quality of the scarves. This is definitely a deal that was worth getting!

I bought four scarves from scarves.com. I'm extremely happy with three of them and just mildly disappointed with the fourth. The three I bought were so cute, especially the two that were crinkle style. I'm especially happy with the length. I get lots of compliments. The striped one I bought was a little disappointing because in the picture it looked like a better material. However, I'm sure the material was listed, and I should've checked! My stuff came fast in the mail, and in a nice gift box. Would order again!

I ordered my scarves in Oct, was told they wouldn't ship till Dec. Then, right before they were supposed to ship I was told that the scarves I ordered were out and that I would have to re-order. I am disappointed that this happened and that I was not offered some small thing to make up for my wait and then for re-ordering. The email for the re-ordering also did not include instructions on what to do so I have to email and ask them. Once I recieved my scarves I was happy- I like them and they're very nice and long. But I would not order from them again because of the wait and error.

I'm happy with all three scarves I bought and will be ordering more. They arrived quickly and came in an attractive box tied with a bow. Very nice!

I expected the "sale" quality of product when I first ordered from Scarves considering the price. And I could not believe when I first received it, Gift wrapped and nicely packed, the scarves are a delight to have. People compliment the scarves, bcoz it looks so good and with the quality and price, its the best deal one can ever ask for? Thanks Scarves.com!

I saw the scarves on line and hoped that they were going to look the same instead they were better. It is worth a try... I think you will be more than satisfied.
