Scarves.comReviews of scarves.com

I ordered a scarf using the groupon I purchased ($20 for $40 of scarves) and the scarf is beautiful...looks exactly like the picture. I'm really pleased with me order, and it came really quickly too! My only complaint is that i had to wait almost a month from when i bought the groupon until I actually ordered the scarf, because almost EVERYTHING was backordered for a while. I think they may have figured out this glitch now that their customer base has grown so much due to the groupon sales, though.

I bought a groupon from scarves.com (mainly because it was such a great deal- $15 for $40 worth of scarves). My mom had asked for some scarves for Christmas, so I thought- perfect. I ended up getting my mom two pashminas- in blue and purple, and I can't wait to give them to her on Christmas. Well, there were so many cute scarves, I ended up getting myself some. I bought this hunter green, chunky wool loop scarf, and I love it. It's so warm, and the color is so bright and fun. I've warn it everyday. The scarves also came in a cute box with a ribbon. Great experience overall.

I was very pleased with my order with Scarves.com! I was expecting a little less quality scarves and maybe a little thinner. But they are actually very pretty and full! I will most certainly recommend Scarves.com to my friends and family! I will most certainly be shopping there again! :)

Like many of you, I also bought the $40.00 Groupon to get $80.00 worth of Scarves, hoping to share some as Christmas gifts. I purchased 3 scarves, one of which I found out was out of stock after I ordered, but they did notify me and I was able to choose the same scarf in a different color. However, when that particular scarf arrived I discovered that the pockets were already coming off of the scarf. I have decided that this pocket knit scarf and I were not meant to be. My 2 other scarves arrived in one piece, and while they are decent, they are not of the best quality for the price. While I appreciate the great deal from Groupon, it turned out to be a waste of time because the quality just wasn't there. For that reason, I would not recommend Scarves.com, nor would I ever purchase from this site again, Groupon or no Groupon...

This was my first time with your web site and was very pleased. You answered all questions quickly and made the ordering so simple. I was a little disappointed that the first order had two scarves that were out of stock but the reorder was done with the ease of such good people that helped me and were so patient as ihad to make up my mind of what I wanted. A wonderful site to work with and would recommend you to anyone . Thank you

I too bought a Groupon a few months back, and decided to use it to knock some people off my Christmas list. I was waiting for the black Friday or Cyber Monday sales to perhaps get a few more deals in my basket, but was alas disappointed. It would only allow for one coupon code per-purchase. They had some fairly good deals. All-in-all I did get three scarves for less than $40 dollars. Was very kindly helped out with the combining of two Groupons for the $40 dollar value, since they were bought at separate times. The Live Chat was very helpful and courteous. The reason I only gave 4 stars is simply because they did not offer free shipping on orders over $50 to Canadian Customers. I have run into this issue many times with American Retailers, and usually avoid the ones who don't offer this benefit on shipping. I understand there are different shipping rates and the cost of duty, but I wouldn't have minded a different purchase limit to add for the additional costs. My order came to $93 dollars with shipping close to $40 it's self.. Say instead of $50 for American's, $75 for Canadian's? I could have purchased something else to off set the price, and come under, or at least been close to what I had paid in whole. I would had been more pleased with my overall experience. The items were fabulous! I am ecstatic nonetheless with the deal I got on all three scarves. It came in a nice pretty box with a ribbon on it which will be used with the pashmina scarf I purchased for a gift. It looks very professional, and gives me confidence to purchase from them again next winter, with or without the groupon. Just hope the shipping problem is worked out by than, or my order I am afraid will be rather small. :/

I purchased a Groupon on a whim and thought I would try it out. The groupon ended up covering the costs of two scarves plus shipping, so I picked out two to give as Christmas gifts. I was unsure about the quality, as some of the other Groupons I had purchased from companies I didn't already know winded up being cheap-looking and not worth what I paid, even at 50% off. When they arrived, they were beautifully packaged and the material was excellent quality. In real life, I would not pay $20 for a scarf no matter how nice it is - I have student loans - but if that Groupon deal comes around again or if Scarves.com has a sale event, I would definitely buy one for myself!

My first time ordering and got a great deal from group-on and got two scarves, one black and one with black and pink hearts I love it and very soft and keeps my neck very warm and i get compliments where ever i go and, I happily tell them I got it from scarves.com. easy check out and fast delivery. I will most defiantly be ordering a lot more. Thank you Scarves.com Weena Pfohl
