I was initially disappointed that all the scarves I wanted were on back order. Somehow, even though my order wasn't expected to be shipped until mid January, they were ready to ship as soon as December began. I was impressed by their over-estimate of time rather than under-estimate (which, especially during the holidays, seems to always get pushed back). Rather than having to apologize for delaying an order over and over, I was to expect my package early! Unfortunately my shipment was left in the lobby of my building on a Monday afternoon where it was stolen promptly thereafter. I immediately called customer service and not only did they point me in the right direction to make a claim with the post office, but the manager on duty offered to replace and reship my order via fed. ex. (requiring my signature) and apologized for the theft and my experience. I am very pleased with this company, and highly recommend doing business with them.

I ordered a gray and pink hearts scarf, I absolutely loved it. The material was soft and the design was adorable just as it was pictured online. I liked the fast on time delivery as well. I would totally buy again and recommend it to anyone

I had never heard of Scarves.com before and upon finding it, I was amazed at the amount of beautiful scarves they had to offer. I only had $40 to spend and I had an immensely difficult time deciding which scarves to choose because I wanted so many! The quality of the scarves is great. I would definitely recommend these products to others.

I love the scarves I got from scarves.com. I had purchased a groupon which made the already great prices, even better. I was able to get four scarves, which equates to four gifts off of my very long Christmas list. Two of them were not true to the color that appeared onlline, but they are very nice. Great quality and beautiful patterns. Love, love, love them.

The scarves I received are very high quality. The colors are even more vibrant than on the website and they are comfortable and easy to wear. The legnth was perfect and the scarves arrived 3 days after placing my order. Excellent Customer Service!

A lot of their best styles were sold out quickly, and the scarves came just in time when they backordered, but I was definitely able to get a good amount for what I paid, but only in very basic scarves, pashminas, viscous, everything under $20 on the site, I wanted to get some silk neckerchiefs but, I only could have gotten one, instead of getting three pashminas. Good groupon, but I would check all the stocks before buying this again.

I love scarves.com first of all! I've ordered from them twice already and I couldn't have been more happier with my purchase. The selections of scarves are pretty good, the trends are right, however they do need more men's selections. When they have a SALE take advantage! I've recieved my orders within the expected time frame; orders could be different for everyone depending on how much and where you live. The materials of the scarves are listed which is helpful because I cannot wear any clothing containing wool. My scarves are super soft btw. The packaging (a nice box, wrapped in a bow) was cute. The prices were cheap. I used Groupon and waited for their stock to refresh. The shipping was a tad on the slow side but not horrible and I had accurate shipping information from them. But you get what you pay for. I purchased 2 neckerchief scarves as gifts, both 100% silk. At under $30 each, I wasn't expecting anything amazing - and that's what I got. The scarves are pretty, but sloppy. The edges are unevenly sewn. There were some straggly threads. My 100% viscous scarf is nice and long, with great colors. But incredibly thin. I had picked this style so that I could do a traditional front tie for a long scarf or open it up to wear more shawl style when chilly. A very open weave makes for a light scarf to tie but does nothing for added warmth. Overall, the company itself did everything to my satisfaction. But the scarves are not a "bargain" - they're just cheap.
