I have ordered a couple of times and both times the shipping was way too slow each order took over a week and a half to arrive! This slow shipping should Not be happening in today's world!

I loved the colors, I loved the size, the customer service was excellent. But the scarves are so thin, it's hard to wear them without damaging them! I'm an elementary music teacher, so I'm up and down all day, and I snagged my scarf many times- on my ring, on my desk, on my name tag...it was horrible! I wear scarves almost every day, and have never had this problem. These scarves are simply too frail to wear on a regular basis.

Construction was good but disappointed in the size of the rings. My bulkier scarves wouldn't fit well. Summer, lighter scarves fit fine; winter, heavier scarves not so much.

If not for paying $30 for shipping I would have given 5 stars. As a Canadian I find $30 to ship several scarves way too much. It's not like they weigh a ton! I am sure I will love the scarves I've ordered but if not for the Groupon discount I would never have placed an order due to the shipping charges to Canada. Please lower your charges as there seems to be a lot of Canadians who love your scarves but who, like myself, won't be ordering again due to paying way too much for shipping!

I am so excited to get the scarves I chose, but I found that I had to leave some behind because the shipping charges to send the lovelies that I couldn't live without made it way too expensive to choose anymore. Why does it cost almost $30 to send three scarves to Canada, when it sounds like it's $4 or less to ship within the US?? Like I said, I'm looking forward to receiving the scarves I ordered and I did enjoy looking at all the website had to offer, but if it wasn't for the Groupon that covered part of the shipping, I wouldn't have bothered with even this purchase.

I loved the website, thought the prices were acceptable, based on the views, although I haven't received them yet. If they are as lovely as pictured, I will be happy. Reviews read on here lead me to believe that they will be. As I had a Groupon, prices were excellent, and it was very convenient. However, the $28 shipping to Canada for 2 scarves is simply too high. I will not buy in the future because of that, especially since I see in the reviews that it costs $4 to ship within the US. I really did like the "how to tie a scarf" directions. You seem to have a lovely company and website, but you will not get Canadian customers with those costs. We do have scarves here.

Ordered 2 scarves with a gift groupon, they are lovely, however, with shipping costs being one third of my order, I doubt I will be ordering in the future. 27.00 to ship 2 scarves by mail - truly inflated cost.

I was really impressed by all the different scarves on this website, better than any selection I've ever seen in store. I can't wait for my shipment to come in! However, the shipping cost was a total blow. I live in Ontario, Canada, and for two scarves, shipping cost me $30. Luckily I had a voucher, but not sure I'll be ordering again at that shipping cost. Please provide more shipping options! I'd love to shop more from you guys!
