I ordered three scarves but once I received my order I received two of the same scarves. The third one I ordered was sold out. It would have been nice if I were notified that my selection was sold out before they shipped my order. I paid for three different scarves, not two.

Purchased 3 scarves. Only received 2. The third one was sold out. I was not notified of this until I received my order in the mail. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I loved the color of the scarves and the way they looked on me. However one of the scarves I got had these studs on it and instead of sewing them on (which is possible because there were holes in either side of the stud) they just glued them on and it looked really cheap and I had one fall off the first time I wore it. I had my mom fix the scarf and now it's perfect. But I am really disappointed with scarves.com and especially since I live in Canada and I spent so much on international shipping costs. I will not shop at scarves.com again.

I placed my order on 11/24. At the time, what I ordered was backordered until 12/7. On 12/7, I checked and it said backordered until 12/8. On 12/8, it said 12/9. Finally called them on 12/18 (it said it was backordered until 12/19). After voicing my frustration with the backordered dates, they allowed me to change my order to something in stock. I ordered the "eggplant" color assuming it was actually the color of egg plant. Instead, when it arrived it was like the orangish purple puke color. Ugly. I ordered it as a Christmas gift but it was too ugly to give to the recipient... so I think it'll be a Goodwill donation.

I ordered my scarves over a month ago as Christmas gifts for my daughter. It is Christmas Eve and I do not have the scarves. So much for that Christmas gift. Once I get this situation straightened out I will never order from scarves.com again!

A while after my order had been placed I still hadn't heard from the company. I contacted them by email and found out one of the scarves I had ordered was on backorder. OK. But then it would have been nice if they had shipped the one that wasn't...so when my order finally came, the scarf that was on back order was the only one that arrived. I did get a letter stating what had happened but I still am irritated that the one I didn't receive was available when I ordered it initially. I also had purchased these with a discounted gift certificate type thing and I'm not sure with shipping if I am still getting a deal. I am left with a partial credit on my account, but since I never signed in for the initial order, I'm not sure how to use the credit. The one scarf I did receive was very nice in quality

Groupon brought me to this website. I like the scarves and the search options. You can search by style, color, material, season... I wish there were more options and other materials, such as cashmere. I placed my order and one scarf was out of stock. I understood that my order would not ship until that scarf was in inventory. About a week and a half later, a customer service rep sent me an email saying that they received their shipment and that scarf was not included and to pick a different scarf. I emailed her back within a few hours and picked the same scarf but in a different color. It was in stock at the time of my response. A week later, the rep responded saying they had sold out of that color. I was upset that it took the rep an entire week to respond. I picked another color by email. I also called the customer service number and left a voicemail asking for a confirmation phone call or email the very next business day. The rep emailed me back the next day saying that the scarf was in stock and my order would ship soon. It did and I received my order in a little over a week. Overall, it took about three weeks for my order to ship. One of the scarves was a poor quality and I used the online form to exchange it for another scarf. That was four days ago, I'm still waiting for a response.

Like many of you, I also bought the $40.00 Groupon to get $80.00 worth of Scarves, hoping to share some as Christmas gifts. I purchased 3 scarves, one of which I found out was out of stock after I ordered, but they did notify me and I was able to choose the same scarf in a different color. However, when that particular scarf arrived I discovered that the pockets were already coming off of the scarf. I have decided that this pocket knit scarf and I were not meant to be. My 2 other scarves arrived in one piece, and while they are decent, they are not of the best quality for the price. While I appreciate the great deal from Groupon, it turned out to be a waste of time because the quality just wasn't there. For that reason, I would not recommend Scarves.com, nor would I ever purchase from this site again, Groupon or no Groupon...
