Delivered at 10 p.m. Do they really expect their paying customers to wait for a grocery to be delivered that late???? When I called customer service, I was told maybe as late as 10:30 p.m. I thought it was a joke. I tried to cancel at 7 p.m. but I was convinced that it would come no later than 9 p.m. at the latest. Then finally at 9:45 p.m. I was offered to cancel my order? After waiting for it since 6 p.m.? This company delivery time is beyond ridiculous. I order from other markets as well and not once their delivery past their 2 hour windows and I also had a choice to pick my delivery time.... not given like this market. I think it will be a long while and lots of thinking before I want to order (if I ever order from them) again. I'd rather go to the store myself. There are 2 99 Ranch Markets for Asian Groceries within the radius of 6 miles from where I live. Maybe I just do that next time. I thought I wanted to help small business like this one and now I get it that they don't even care about their customers.

Horrible Customer Service! First, they shipped to the Wrong Place, my home address is in Newcastle, WA, 98059, they told me because my ZIP code is 98059, so they must ship my package to Renton, WA,98059, Only! What great Customer Service, they even can not read my home address in Newcastle, WA, 98059!!! I tried to request a refund, but the customer service phone number not working all the time. So Horrible customer service! This is my Frist time purchasing experience with them, and I believe this is also my last time too! I have enough with them. Do not Trust them at all!

Weee discriminates against blacks. If your black don't waste your time these Asians are racist

In several places on their website, including the first and last pages of the checkout process, they say Look For The Weee Truck and show a picture of it. However, both times I ordered delivery from them it was delivered in someone's personal car NOT their own truck. As other reviewers have noted (and you can check yourself on their website) they don't give you a 1-2 hour delivery window like other companies. Instead, it is the entire day. That's bad enough but even worse is your cold/frozen perishable food items can end up sitting in some person's intensely hot car trunk for HOURS before it ever reaches you. That is a very serious food safety risk. Obviously I expected the deliveries to be made in their own air conditioned trucks, like they show all during the checkout process. But that's not what's actually happened.

This is the second time we ordered mangoes from Weee. The first time, which was a couple of years ago, we ordered one pound and got a box of several mangoes. We ordered a pound again, only this time we received four small mangoes. Wish I could post a photo of it.

Idk why my wife ordered food when we live right next to an Asian market. Irregardless, she ordered some meat in broth or some juice and the bag was not sealed at all. Absolutely leaked everywhere on the other products and made a mess of the whole kitchen floor. Will not be ordering again. Don’t recommend anyone to order from them. Just visit a local store instead.

I asked the to delete my information over two months ago. I got an email from them yesterday telling me about their new terms. I don’t care. Don’t order from this company. They steal and sell your personal information. Shop at H-mart. After placing an order with this company, I started getting emails from “USPS” saying I have a package that can’t be delivered because they have a certain address on file and I should fill out this form so the package can be delivered. I didn’t order anything and I only use that address to have Weee packages delivered. Nothing else comes to this address for me. Nothing. My real address is in an another city altogether. USPS knows where I live. They would never send an email like that. EVER!! Sorry Weee, you can’t scam a scammer. It’s not happening. You will never get my information. I never lived at the address you delivered my orders to. The phone number linked to the account isn’t mine either. I NEVER ORDERED WITH A CREDIT CARD. I ONLY USED PAYPAL. PAYPAL MAKES IT REALLY HARD FOR THEM TO STEAL FROM US!! “YOU GOTTA BE QUICKER THAT THAT”

Purchased 10 items, one in particular was the "Organic" Goji Berries, distributed by OCM Globe, brand name label in Chinese, well thought that being organic they would be healthy, on the back of the package was a disclaimer "WARNING consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead and cadmium which is known in the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. not on the package pictured for sale. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION AND THEY DELETED MY ORDER HISTORY.
