Delivery is terrible. They just leave it in the building lobby unlike other grocery delivery services like Instacart and Amazon Fresh that deliver outside the door.

Ordered twice from them, the price They gave to me were higher than my friends who live a few miles away from me. The company did not have any explanation or notes to say so. They declared you will get the free delivery over certain amount you spend, but they played a trick - charge more for exactly same item, for example, the Thai coconut, I paid $23.99 for a cae of 9 coconuts, my friend just paid $15.99 for the exact case of 9 coconuts. Overall all I paid more than $30.00 for the items I ordered. If you charged me the delivery fee, I completely understood and pay it. But in this way you actually charged the delivery fee, it is totally not acceptable. What a cheating way. Although it is more convinent to order some stuffs, I will NOT place any more orders from them from now on.

I am extremely disappointed with Weee’s restaurant delivery service. I had planned a birthday dinner party and placed an order, expecting delivery between 4:30-7:30 PM as promised. However, at 7:00 PM, I was informed that the delivery would not arrive until at least 10:00 PM. This completely ruined my evening and the entire birthday celebration. I trusted their timing, but they failed to deliver on their promise, causing a lot of stress and frustration. Will not be using this service again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on Weee for timely deliveries.

I have in the past received expired kimchi. The recent increase in minimum purchase for delivery from $35 to $49 has caused me to hold back from putting in an order, I buy for a single-person household so I don't always have that much stuff to buy because essentially I only use Weee for asian grocery orders, for all other weekly staples I go to my regular grocery store.They are always out of stock for items that I wanted, and it doesn't help that you can't be certain about the delivery time when you put in an order, so I can only order for delivery over the weekend and possibly not able to make plans until the day of delivery when they let you know around what time they will be arriving. I used to put in an order of about $35-$40 every 2 weeks, now my last order was 2 months ago, because of consistent out- of-stock issue, I wasn't able to hit the minimum purchase of free delivery and I didn't want to just buy random stuff that I don't really need.

Purchased 2 Organic Ningxia Goji Berry packages for a snack, Organic should indicate healthy..right?, well on the back of the package reads, WARNING Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead and cadmium which is know to the State of California to to cause cancer and birth defects. Asked for refund, they deleted my account..MF's Never ever use this company!

I ordered a case of 48 Orion Chocopies on 10/4/2024. The delivery was quick and arrived on 10/5/2024 which is a pro of Weee, but the case was already cut open when it arrived. Inside were four 12-pack boxes of the chocopies, every box expires on 12/1/2024. I have a box which I bought from a local Asian supermarket a month ago, and that expires in April 2025. So it's not the case that this product has short shelf time.

During the Mid-Autumn Festival this year, I bought some mooncakes on the Weee platform. The Daoxiangcun five-nut mooncakes were spoiled. I wanted to return them. The platform said they could not be returned. Food safety is the most important thing. Weee sent spoiled food to customers, taking human life lightly! This Weee platform is very fake and deceptive. I hope people will not buy anything on this platform. To avoid being deceived and causing property losses, especially food, to avoid physical harm to yourself and your family.
