Much better than a famous supermarket delivery service from where I purchased eight times and finally disappointed and thinking of trying a different one when I came across Weee. We just did our first Weee order and took advantage of the free delivery with a $35 purchase and $10 off for a new customer. The delivery was exactly on time, and the order was correct. Great care was taken with the packaging, and the frozen items were still frozen. We will be using Weee from now on for all our Filipino food purchases.

I've now ordered twice from Weee! and am very impressed by how nicely the delivery service packages food. We have a few Asian grocery stores in the area, but without a car, it can be a bit of a pain to get there, especially in winter. I'm also a white lady who can't eat wheat, and I like spicy food and sauces with bright flavors (especially fermented soy products, kimchi, fish sauce, and shrimp paste). While I have a few go-to brands for sauces (like Omsom, Homiah, and Megachef), I like taking a look at unfamiliar-to-me items on occasion and inevitably have the experience in in-person grocery stores of people frequently coming up to me and asking if I need help. Weee! allows me to easily open another tab to look up information about sauces and ingredients to check for foods I can't eat or prep methods that may introduce cross-contamination without me having to be embarrassed. Other than that, the vegetables I've received have always been excellently fresh, which is to be expected for a delivery service without a physical storefront. There is also a lot of variety. I was able to find the vegetable ingredients for a soup I saw on the Souped Up Recipes YouTube channel very easily. I will probably order from Weee! once or twice a month. Weee! does not always put the "made in a facility with" or "contains x" information in a field or tag things, so searching does sometimes involve a few extra steps. I'm also sometimes reluctant to order items with fish sauce in them if the brand doesn't say whether or not the fish sauce is made with wheat (which some are) because I'm not sure what needs to be declared on packaging. (Weee! has less control over that, though.) I do wish that Weee! carried more Omsom sauces, the gluten-free version of the Megachef dark soy sauce, and Mekhala brand sauces. But overall, a very positive experience, and since I'm not the primary target audience, I can live with having to order those items online from other stores. As others mentioned, ordering from Weee! does require having a day to "be around." I like this. I used an online-only grocery delivery service pre-2020 that only delivered on Thursdays, and the lack of flexibility made me stop using it because they switched from delivering in the evenings to delivering during the day when I was in the office and unable to bring perishables in. I schedule the Weee! delivery for a Saturday when I know I will be doing a full-day reset to control apartment chaos.

Great product selection & responsive customer service! I'm baffled by the 1-star reviews because I had a great experience on the site. Really extensive selection of groceries and snacks. When I had an issue with the quality of an item, they promptly refunded the charge. Highly recommend this site!

I've been ordering from Weee for about a year now and really appreciate the selection, freshness, and quality of groceries they have available, especially when it comes to Filipino food which can be quite hard to find! Their delivery has always been reliable and within the stated delivery window in all the times I've ordered. (For reference, I live in New York - not sure if the experience differs for customers in other regions.)

They are a great store. I've gotten stuff from this store pretty recently and was great. I've gotten the asian food and snack products that I've wanted in the mail and arrived pretty soon as it said it will be and was in great condition. I've known people have been putting bad reviews on this store because of their mistakes, but people don't realize they been trying to become better. This company is legit and is always there for improvement. People are taking the company the wrong way. They have been great after the data breach incident. They're not a bad company at all, they just sometimes make mistakes.
