I've only had this app for 20 hours and when I placed an order they CANCELLED it and told me 'unusual activity detected' and to unfreeze my account they need my billing statement/address and proof that I'm the authorised holder of my credit card. I've used this payment method every time I've made an online purchase and it's been successful so I don't know what the problem is here. What a waste of time.

I have been shopping with Weee for years . Recently I ordered cherries and paying 11.49 for 1 box. The cherries I received were bad soft and brown. I sent messages 2 times with pictures. It’s been 3 weeks no refund and no response. I felt bad about it . Weee is not the same like before. I will try not to buy anything from here .

The company has horrible customer service. They told me that since I paid with Apple Pay, they would not refund me back to my credit card. This was dishonest. Not only that but I have received rotten fruit, expired food, and even bread that was smashed and the box opened. In my opinion, it violates food safety

Today was my first time ordering from WEEE my experience was terrible. Not only did the driver not deliver to my door, he left my perishable food in an open lobby. I cannot retrieve the package due to my disability, but even if I could the trust I have has been broken. Do better. When delivering food you should never leave said food in a public lobby unattended, this goes without saying.

I received a discount code from a friend for $10 off from an order over $35. I duly placed an order totalling over $35. Some time after placing the order, and without prior notification, an item was removed from the order, bringing the total price below $35. Consequently the discount was not applied and I was charged full price. The lack of communication around this and convenience of one item dropping means that I'm very unsatisfied with Weee and will not use them again for groceries. Was it really worth gaining a few dollars on one order to lose potentially hundreds in custom going forward?

Don't recommend ordering from them. I placed my first order and got a window of 10-1. Then at 11:30, I got a notification that it would be 3-4 hours behind. When I called customer service, they said it could even be as late as 7 PM. I was getting perishable groceries delivered and this means I had to stay at home or close to home all day to wait for this. They could not provide a closer window. I was offered a 10% discount code up to $10 (meaning I have to spend $100). My day is wasted due to this delay and Wee did not provide a suitable solution for this big inconvenience.

I used to buy from them when they were cheaper. Now prices gone way too high.

When I reached out to customer service, I was told the expiration date was actually 11/2—implying a significantly longer shelf life, which seemed questionable for a perishable item. To clarify, my sister ordered the same product around the same time and received a package marked with an expiration date of 2/13 in the same format. She was offered a refund, but my request for the same consideration was denied. These experiences have caused me to question both the quality assurance standards and the ethical practices of the company. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service and transparency going forward.
