Before ordering I came here and read the negative reviews and got a little nervous, but gave it a try anyway. For context, I live in Los Angeles, Hollywood area, so the delivery experience/company might be different according to where you live. So my experience is for my area. Everything came correct, well-packaged, and cold stuff still reasonably cold. Upon initial order, it says it'll arrive before 10pm, which of course means any time during the entire day. Upon waking, I checked the app and the window had become more precise: 12-3pm. The app told me how many stops the delivery person had before my house. As it got closer, the time went down to 37 mins, to 7mins, and the driver arrived right when expected. I understand that accuracy may vary depending on day, traffic, amount of orders, etc. For this order everything went well! So if you're in my area, pick a day where you're flexible and give it a try. For me it was worth it to not have to drive to Little Tokyo, find/pay for parking, etc, for the few things I needed. I appreciate the service thus far and I hope they keep improving! (Would be nice if they also include sushi and more pre-made items in the future)

First time ordering from Weee and have been comtemplating for months. Could not be happier. The packaging is better than Amazon. I love it!!!!

I have been ordering on Weee for close to two years. Delivery has improved greatly. I live in a large condominium complex with over 800 units. The first few deliveries were made to the wrong unit. I once had an order that was left by the community mailboxes. However, out of my last eight orders, all were delivered perfectly to my front door. All items were fresh and well packaged. Additionally, they offer the largest selection of Asian food, products and goods. Of note is that I have not ordered any item(s) that required shipping; all my purchases have been local. I have ordered a number of fresh bakery items, all of which were well packaged, fresh and delicious.

Always quick delivery and dry ice with frozen items. I love this company because the prices are generally lower than major retailers and everything is delivered fresh to my door. I'm not quite sure why their ratings aren't higher. These guys are great!

I was initially skeptical by some bad reviews. One of my coworker her mom brought from weee with good experiences. So i give it a try, the delivery slot is good, fresh products and affordable pricing. Since then i have been using weee multiple time and will continue with weee.

Fresh, generous portions, good products, fast delivery. All my items were included. Online tracking made it easy to see when my product would arrive. I have ordered from them twice. I recommend the produce and seafood.

Fresh, quality produce, meat, basics, gourmet foods. Well-packed and good delivery, although recently later evening. Their order cut-off used to be 1 pm for next day delivery and is 3 pm now.

I've been ordering with WEEE well over 4 years now (ever since Covid forced me indoors) with an order every other week, and my experience were always good. Their product is always fresh, their frozen goods stay frozen, and their price is cheaper than most in stores. Also, they offer next day delivery in my area, which is super convenient - some other reviewers mentioned that their timing is sometimes off, but with how bad traffic usually is in my area, I'm still pleased that they are always able to deliver by dinner time. It saves me time since the closest Asian grocery is a good 45 mile drive away, and I love their wide selection. Best of all, their customer service line is super quick and handled all my requests well and efficiently.
