Echoing terrible customer service as the most egregious thing. They had trouble verifying my credit card (for the dumbest reason - differing billing and shipping address) and asked for credit card statements and then an image of my physical credit card to be sent over email. It feels like they barely know how to operate in an e-commerce world in the 21st century. The produce is terrible and do make sure to check the expiration dates on products!

AWFUL customer service. They barely speak English and the few that do speak English who replied to me are rude and need training on people skills. The company only favor those that are related to them or are friends with them. Very biased.
