Delivery delay ETA says 12am and custom service is extremely inexperienced and untrained. Everything they said contradicted everything they said before in the same phone call. It’s as if he was pulling up 4 other accounts and giving me different information every time. Asking personal information to verify but he had already confirm he verified my account, it was the strangest customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.

9 out of ten times, delivery does arrive until 10pm. Frozen food would be half melted.

It has been extremely difficult communication wise when it comes to delivery guys. All the delivery guys only spoke Chinese. Even though my address was pretty direct they struggle figuring it out and I tried communicating with them using videos and photos but it's inconvenient.

There was.no fresh fruit. Only canned or candy. Very disappointing.

Horrible company, just stay away from it. My personal informations were exposed and I am not sure if they were stolen or sold. Since then, I received a lot of scam messages (all in Chinese), and all accounts registered with the email address I gave to weee were found suspicious login attempts.

I hate this company won't order again the delivery never on time .

I order the dungeon crabs 🦀 they were 54$ the crabs literally had no meat in them.at all the meat that was in there was musher the crabs was no good an the tell you your payment for return is pending they Are you wait then send you a message on there site it's to late cause you di t respond just awful they really need to take the site down they do t call you back you have to go to there site an figured out how to get to someone which is almost impossible how can you try an send pictures of something that smells an when you get your order the meat is bad !!

My card was compromised and it resulted in a charge from this company. They did absolutely nothing to even try to help resolve the issue.
