Fast process, easy, no problems getting my money

The pre-paid mailing was easy, I got a fair price after negotiating. All in all a good experience.

They gave an honest quote with my phone, and I were able to negotiate for a good middle ground price. All around an honest and great service I recommend.👍

Great company to work with. They really made the transition easy.

Great communication and the whole process was very simple and fast.

Very professional and really fast.

Easy and objective.

I submitted my phone to them. They followed up with a message stating that the back glass was detached from the frame and that the phone was damaged. They adjusted their offer twice prior to me requesting my device back after lowballing their initial counter offer stating that it was damaged. This phone was used daily with no issues prior to them receiving it. There is a clear pry mark on the bottom right-hand side of the screen that is now irreparable and the back glass of the phone is now detached where it wasn't before. I wish I had dealt with anyone else other than this company. I wish that a zero-star review was an option, but one-star will have to suffice for this experience.
