I just sent in a perfectly working Samsung note 20 ultra 5g 128 gb cellphone to these guys. They promised $171, but upon its arrival, "Michael," claims it's adhesive backing came undone. When the phone was in my possession, I tested its water proof rating(IP68 rated) and placed it into a bowl of water. I pulled it back out and it turned on and to my amazement - a perfectly working cell phone! They received my phone and claimed its backing "became detached." That'd be impossible if I had submerged it in water - they'd have a non-functional phone in hand. Long story short, they re-evaluated the phone and I was given the full amount. Note*** TEST ALL YOUR EQUIPMENT ON VIDEO and then send it off.

I previously gave this company a 1 star review because I felt that I had been cheated, and I was afraid that I was going to be scammed. In a nutshell, I sent SaveGadget my iPad and was quoted $116 and my offer was then adjusted to $10. After communicating with the company, I see where I was wrong and I have been sent back my iPad. I thought that my iPad was in perfectly good condition, but I forgot that I did have a few cosmetic scratches on my iPad because it is always in the case. I also forgot that my speakers were in fact damaged, an easy thing to overlook or forget because I do not use my iPad to really record or make calls. So from the beginning I gave them the wrong impression of trying to sell my iPad to them in new and pristine condition instead of used. What I like about this company is that I was given free diagnostic tests on my device, and even though I declined their offer they sent me my device back free of charge with the tracking information provided. However, what I don’t like is the adjusted offer they offered me. Because I had more than 2 issues wrong with my iPad (3 damaged speakers), they labeled my device as broken and offered me $10 which I believe is unfair and predatory. I believe that they would’ve cheated me out of something good had I accepted their offer. My iPad is a great device and is running smoothly. SaveGadget, I apologize for my behavior and for my baseless accusations towards you all. I had never used this company before and I thought that you all were going to take my device and run. My apologies and my apologies towards anyone who was misled by my previous review. I wish you all the best.

Received my payment a week later. Slow processing times compared to other sites. Slow With payout, as well as responding to customers.

It would be helpful to the customer if SaveGadget provided pre labled packaging to customers for the purpose of sending phones etc. for evaluation

They work with you with price but takes a little long to get a response but other than that they will work with you on price

The quote for my phone on the website was $277. When they received the phone and sent me an email they would only send a check for $246. The phone was as I described mint condition and unlocked, correct storage. We only used it as a hotspot. I do not recommend this website.

Bait and switch! Sent my iphone in with a quote of $169 due to a cracked back, They just sent an email lowering the offer to $50 stating there was a cracked front screen. There is no info on how to not accept the offer and whether there it will cost me to have it shipped back. I asked for photos so we’ll see if that happens. Very disappointed. Note: I received a reply to my email and was later provided zoomed in photos of small dings in the corners. While there were legitimate wear in the front corners, I don’t think that warranted a markdown to $50 since a front screen is easier to replace compared to the back and the dings are barely noticeable. I asked how to have my phone returned to me. In the end, I was able to negotiate a higher offer which I think was fair and saved me some inconvenience. These are the facts as I know it. Be sure to carefully examine your phone for very minor issues and take closeup photos before shipping.

I had brand new iphone never used - mint condition. They downgrade the condition to "good" & give me 33% of original offer. SaveGadget was willing to negotiate up on the 33% so this showed integrity.
