The first time I did business with Save Gadget, it was fine. However, the second time I did business with them, I didn't agree because they offered me a lower price than agreed upon, and they said my device was not in good condition. I knew it was okay because I only used it at home, so I asked for my device to be returned, and they didn't respect my decision. They gave me another new offer, and I didn't accept it. I asked for my device again, and in exchange, they sent me a check with the initial quote; without respecting the repeated times, I asked for it to be returned. What can I think as a customer? As I read the reply, it said after the second opinion, the company honored the initial quote, and it was not valid because they offered a second price, and I asked again to return my device. Finally, they changed the price the third time and sent me the check without asking me anything.

Dear Tammy Hirakawa Sugajara, Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns. We understand how important transparency is when evaluating devices. After receiving your device, our team conducted an inspection based on the information provided. When discrepancies in the condition were noted, we followed our standard process of offering an updated price. However, after you expressed disagreement, we provided a second opinion and ultimately honored the initial offer, which was sent to you in the form of a check. We strive to balance fair evaluations with respecting customer preferences, all while adhering to our terms and conditions. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue working to improve our communication and processes to ensure the best possible experience for all customers. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again in the future. Best regards, SaveGadget

If something seems to good to be true, it probably is.. They gave me a quote for $215 for my 2 year old phone that was always in a a case with a screen protector and had no visible defects that I could determine. Once received, they noted a scratch by the charging port and screen and devalued the payout to $141. Figured if I refused the offer, they'd charge me to return it so I grudgingly accepted it. Never again, I'll just save it as a spare, cash in to Best Buy, or give it to a charity. (UPDATE: After reading some of these reviews, I guess I didn't do too bad, but still feel bait/switch is how they make their $$) I was asked to update this review by TrustPilot on 9/13 which said I must reply or the bad review would possibly be deleted.. For TrustPilot I used a different email than the one I ordered the return from so I guess there's a question.. Not much trust here either for actual reviews, I won't waste my time with a review site when a vendor can have a bad review removed or not respond to a post. BTW: I already replied to a link THEY (Savegadget) sent me as a follow-up (with the Order #39129) and have received ZERO response. (Not that I expected any) Still stand by it, won't use this service again and would steer others away also.

They claimed a few things wrong with the phone firstly they claimed it was a locked phone to T Mobile which it wasn’t and that there were scratches which there wasn’t the phone was bought new November and barely used!!! If your selling your phone do NOT use them!!!

I would not recommend. Saveagadget will try to their best to lower your offer. Plus, you don't get paid the full amount of your reduced offer since PayPal takes a fee, which isn't disclosed by Saveagadget.

This company did what I call the bait and switch they give you a high or highest bid offer for your phone then when they receive it it’s a different story and one of the excuses they gave me after I’d sent them my phone was that it wasn’t paid off so that ended up knocking off like 200 or more off the original appraisal they had all the info before they received the phone so if that was the issue they should have mentioned that from the beginning I don’t recommend using there service I regret it and there rip off tactics are deceiving by offering the highest dollar for your phone to get it in there hands then your f****d!

Sent in phone and they came back that it was still somehow connected to the carrier and they could not resell. Cleared up with carrier and responded the same day. It took more than a week - after numerous emails to get a response. Opted for PayPal payment but was charged a fee by PayPal. I suspect that SaveGadget put it as an immediate payment that resulted in the charge. If not they should explicitly state that you will not get the agreed upon price as PayPal will deduct a fee. If SaveGadget is charging the fee for using PayPal, then the payment should be increased to reflect the agreed upon price.

I marked mint condition and it was so but they reduced nearly $120 on phone later saying it has dents, which it never had
