At first, I was highly skeptical about this site. This site gave the highest amount of $$$ then any other site I've seen and thought it was a Scam. Until I tried it! The pricing they paid out was exactly how much they said it was... they answered my questions quickly and explained everything to me. The shipping was seamless and painless. Sign in, pick your device to sell, they give a prepaid S&H label, print it out on the kiosk, put label on box, Done. I don't know about how other sites do it but I am sticking to this one for the foreseeable future. In fact I got another item ready to be sold again...

Amazing experience, sent my phone in and they said it was in better condition than I had described so they gave me more money for my phone.

Total rip off…. Verizon offered $100, save gadget offered $158, but the catch is save gadget finds all sorts of ways to devalue your iPhone and then send $40 Just trade it to your phone carrier and stay away from this rip off

Hi, We take all feedback seriously, but we’re unable to identify your order based on the information provided in this review. If you believe your experience was not up to expectations, we encourage you to reach out directly to [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve the issue. That said, we’d like to clarify that our offers are based on the actual condition of the device once it’s been inspected. If the item received doesn’t match the condition selected during the quote process — such as having hardware issues, cosmetic damage, or locked status — the offer is adjusted accordingly. In every case, customers are given the option to accept the new offer or decline and have their device returned free of charge. We never force customers to accept a lower offer, and there are no hidden fees or “catches.” Transparency and fairness are at the core of what we do. – The SaveGadget Team

The first time I did business with Save Gadget, it was fine. However, the second time I did business with them, I didn't agree because they offered me a lower price than agreed upon, and they said my device was not in good condition. I knew it was okay because I only used it at home, so I asked for my device to be returned, and they didn't respect my decision. They gave me another new offer, and I didn't accept it. I asked for my device again, and in exchange, they sent me a check with the initial quote; without respecting the repeated times, I asked for it to be returned. What can I think as a customer? As I read the reply, it said after the second opinion, the company honored the initial quote, and it was not valid because they offered a second price, and I asked again to return my device. Finally, they changed the price the third time and sent me the check without asking me anything.

Dear Tammy Hirakawa Sugajara, Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns. We understand how important transparency is when evaluating devices. After receiving your device, our team conducted an inspection based on the information provided. When discrepancies in the condition were noted, we followed our standard process of offering an updated price. However, after you expressed disagreement, we provided a second opinion and ultimately honored the initial offer, which was sent to you in the form of a check. We strive to balance fair evaluations with respecting customer preferences, all while adhering to our terms and conditions. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue working to improve our communication and processes to ensure the best possible experience for all customers. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again in the future. Best regards, SaveGadget

Be ready that they will price your phone much lower than they quote you. It took weeks to evaluate the product that is traded in. There is no process established to allow seller to agree or disagree on the final trade-in price. When I did not agree to the final price, I had to contact support. Support sent the phone back for 2nd opinion and no idea how long that would take. I am still waiting to get my phone back. If you are trading in an iPhone, you are better off with Apple.

Dear Mindy C., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or confusion caused during your transaction with SaveGadget. After inspecting your device, we found that it was in Good condition rather than the Mint condition stated during the initial quote, due to visible scratches on the screen and the frame. As outlined in our terms and conditions, adjustments to the offer are made when the actual condition of the device does not match the description provided. We sent several emails to the email address associated with your account to inform you of the revised offer and provide the opportunity to accept or decline. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response within the specified timeframe. In accordance with our terms and conditions, the offer was auto-approved and completed as is. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience during the evaluation process. Please rest assured that we are constantly working to improve our timelines and communication to provide a smoother experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, or if we can assist you in any way, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. We value your business and would like the chance to serve you better in the future. Best regards, SaveGadget
