Ordered at the beginning of the year and still no sauna. Communication is almost non-existent and any communication is canned messaging.

Over the past 4 months I’ve been looking at A LOT of sauna kits and finally decided on the 8 person cube from SaunaKits. I had an endless number of questions with regard to the sauna and heater and received exceptional customer service from Matthew and John. They were very prompt in responding to all my inquiries and were even able to arrange a small customization I desired to the sauna. Although I haven’t received the sauna yet, if the quality of the build is on par with the quality of Matthew and John’s customer service then I will definitely be a happy customer. So far so good!

Edit: John reached out and explained the situation, answered/justified by experience and questions. He seem to be genuinely interested in improving the experience of the customer. I’ve already left the detailed message for the company. The delivery was delayed by four months due to manufacturing issues. When the delivery was to be made, they called me early in the morning to schedule the delivery, but when I called them back, their company was not open and was not receiving phone calls, making it near impossible to help coordinate the delivery. The delivery truck did not tell me the weight size of the delivery or the size of the truck, which was a semi tractor trailer that they wanted to drive onto my lane. He delivered the product onto the street far from my home and I had to coordinate myself getting it to my house. There were no instructions on how to assemble the product in this day and age instructions or a video would be easy to create and very helpful. I had to YouTube it myself the holes in the pre-assembled pre-drilled walls did not lineup very unimpressed for a $10,000 product the harvia heater requires an electrician to hardwire it to my breaker box. This is additional hassle and cost not well communicated to the consumer.

The delivery driver called ahead as requested. He arrived in a timely fashion and placed the huge pallet with the sauna boxed up carefully in our garage. He was most concerned about providing excellent service.

Reached out to SaunaKits while shopping a SaunaLife outdoor cabin and got John Adams. He took a call the same day I inquired and had an itemized quote in my inbox within the hour, which was faster than anyone else I contacted. He was generous with information. He walked me through the product line, answered a long list of written questions in writing, and offered a video tour of a unit in their showroom. He also handed me the contact for the best SaunaLife installer in my area. He also included a maintenance kit at no charge. He is clear that SaunaKits is not the cheapest option and does not pretend otherwise. If you want a dealer who will pick up the phone and put things in writing, he delivers on that.

John and EZ. were fantastic to work with. When a couple glitches arose with my order they were kind, courteous and extremely helpful in correcting the issues. They responded almost instantly to my questions.

I just ordered a 3 person traditional Sauna with the help of Sam and John. I had many questions, concerns (due to space limitations), a prior bad experience with a different sauna company, and my preferences for the look of the outdoor sauna. They walked me through all my options, answered all my questions, and provided links to an install video and manual instructions for the installer. Their customer service is excellent!
