After doing a lot of research I landed at SaunaKits.com I had a great online chat with a salesperson (sorry I can't remember who) and made the decision to purchase that night. I received the Sauna in excellent condition and my son and I put it together in less than an hour (once we unboxed everything). I have used it every day for the last 2 weeks. It's fantastic. And my sleep scores have gone up! On another note, today I got an email saying my sauna was on the way. I thought, oh no, they are sending me another one. So I called SaunaKits.com and the delightful Jessica answered right away. I told her about the email and she did some checking with the manufacturer and she called me right back. She found the email was just a glitch, no second sauna was on the way and that all was well. My experience with SaunaKits.com has been excellent, start to finish. Their customer service is first class and Jessica is a super star!

Fast, Fun and Friendly staff to deal with, and oh, the sauna is Fast, Fun and Fabulous to assemble. The wood stove heats Fast!
