Matthew was very nice with helping us to find the right sauna for our needs.

Sales person, Matthew was outstanding!

Matthew was incredibly helpful answering my many questions. It’s intimidating to undertake something like this when you know nothing about it and he was very reassuring and promised that someone would be there to help me at every step.

Great service getting the new sauna ordered

Knowledgeable and speedy responses and assistance. Text message back and forth.

I talked with two gents and made the purchase with one, both were great. Received FINNMARK Trinity FB4 10/16/25, assembled 10/21/25 [except steam heater], enjoyed first session 10/22/25. Electrician coming 10/24/25. Everyone and everything are as should be, GREAT! Thank you. Larry

Matthew and Eric really helped me decide which heather, stones, and WiFi remote system to proceed with today. Highly Recommend Nordica Sauna.
