Had questions before my purchase and Nicole was a great help! I was doing lots of research and the only bad reviews I was seeing in regards to saunabox was their customer service and I did not find that at all. She answered all of my questions and was a great help!

I ordered a Saunabox XL and unfortunately when it arrived it was missing a component. I emailed Saunabox and they immediately sorted the issue and sent out the missing piece. I have not used it yet as the part is still in transit but if it is as great as the excellent customer service I will be very happy. The team were very quick to respond and rectify the issue.
