Burnt foot, it molds easily, excessive water retention with no bottom drains. Chair could be better. In and out process should be seamless but zippers tend to stick.

Still waiting on a replacement for a defective part. Used it once and have been waiting over a month. So disappointed.

Returned it the day I got it, before I had opened it at all. Box came completely demolished with components hanging out of it. I've experienced better customer service for sure. Was told to take photos and that I'd have to return and repurchase all over again regardless. Was also charged for return shipping. Shame.

Review is based on service and timeliness only. Ordered a sauna kit in December 3. Shipping status has never updated past "label created". Company is not very timely in correcting the problem. Currently 12/27, still no shipping update and Christmas present delayed. Very disappointing.

I had the sauna less than a week, only used it four times and the heater broke. The only way I justified paying this much money for a bit of canvas and a heater, was that surely the heater was exceptional, but that sadly wasn’t the case. Customer service was and is abysmal. I still have not gotten my money back or made a return. I had high hopes when I first purchased this product, but this is a garbage product that is purely hype.

The product doesn't last. In less than a month two holes appeared in the flooring and the towel hook fitting broke right off. Per customer service, the 2-year warranty doesn't cover "wear and tear". Used it maybe 5 times....just terrible!!!

I’m extremely disappointed I bought my sauna box it took almost two months to arrive. And after only two uses the is completely cracked because it’s not built to withstand the high temperature when the water is boiling now I can’t use it I’m so mad I’ve sent emails no response

The steamer itself quit boiling water on week two. It just stopped. Everything else worked the buttons the levels it just wouldn't boil water. Appears to be very cheaply built
