I have been waiting over a month for them to process my return of the SaunaBox I ordered. I’m starting to question whether they will ever give me my money back.

I just received another email to leave a review. It has been 5 weeks since I declined my delivery after I paid the company $75 for shipping and was then billed an additional $176 for delivery by ups. At first, I got two quick emails from them. In 5 weeks they have not responded or processed my refund.

This was an awful experience. I received an incomplete order, and after five weeks of attempts to communicate and request the missing part, I finally gave up and ended up paying for a replacement part along with shipping fees since the product was beyond the return window. It was a waste of both money and time. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Almost two months without a sauna that works. Highly discouraged

We just received the accessories after waiting months and still do not have the actual sauna. I’ve emailed twice with no response.

I’ve bought and paid for multiple products with this company. About $1000. Over 60 days ago at this point. I’ve got some trinkets in the mail, the little doo-dads that go with the product. No word from the company. Generic emails. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my dead grandmother. Matter of fact if you’re reading this, go buy any other brand. If they can’t handle getting orders out, how in the world are they going to deal with product issues. 0% F Would not recommend. (I’m a real person, the fact we have to note that….)

Got my "new" sauna 2 person a few days ago, "free" gifts still have not arrived. Dimensions were not correct so the place I had in mind did not work unit is not 49"x49". Set up was easy, used the item twice and was very disappointed. Steam was weak, steam box is under sized for the size of the unit. Takes forever to warm up and on level 10 its a joke. After all of this, I go to request a refund only to be told that once you use it you own it!!! Like what the F? How are you supposed to try the $549 product? and you left with a pile of crap. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT as the company doesn't stand behind it as proven by their BS return policy.

The saunabox was never delivered. SB would alter my delivery address to fit a template, which confused delivery drivers, who tried and failed to deliver 4 times. So much time and energy was put into the communication and of nothing. Very disappointing,
