Bought a SaunaBox. Chair broke 2nd use. Steam Generator broke after first month. Send several emails with pictures. Contacted customer by phone got put on hold and no one ever got back on phone to follow through. See several others with same issue there's no way the should still be aloud to sell this junk

Whole thing is cheap and flimsy. Didn’t have original parts. Had to wait two weeks to get correct parts. Complicated setup. I wish I didn’t buy and I wish I could get a refund. Bummer.

I ordered my SaunaBox in Dec 2024 but never received it. I only received the aromatherapy but have no sauna to use it in. Totally disappointed. Requested a refund.

I was sent a broken machine and was never able to use the sauna. It took weeks to hear back from the company after multiple attempts of reaching out. Still trying to return the item.

I was given a SaunaBox for Christmas. Loved it for two weeks and then it started steaming weird and exploded all over me leaving me with 2nd degree burns and an ER trip. Left picture is day 2, right picture is day 10. I contacted SaunaBox to ask for help fixing the unit. Two weeks later and all I have gotten is an email telling me they will “elevate” and I have heard nothing more. Beyond frustrated as I just wanted help fixing the sauna. #saunabox SaunaBox Ambassadors @saunabox

They don't want to answer my warranty claim. They don't even answer my emails anymore. Now I have another complain about the main unit that do not want to warm up! How can they replace it according to my warranty contract?

The product did not meet expectations. I used it 2 times and the boiler stopped heating. I’ve been waiting for the company to send me a mailing label so I can return the item. I am sympathetic to the fires in LA and I’m sure that contributes to the delay; but for Pete's sake send me a label so I can ship it back! It’s been nearly 3 weeks.

Loving the Sauna Box. Loving it. Hating the fact that the steam box is made of black plastic which new science teaches us is wildly toxic. I've reached out to the company numerous times but have been given the runaround. Translation I'm left to suspect: the black plastic contains fire retardant chemicals (bromine, chlorine, phosphorus, nitrogen, and inorganic compounds) that are deemed highly toxic and banned in Europe, Australia, etc. And to further exacerbate this problem, steam travels through the seemingly toxic steam box and directly into your lungs. That's a whole bunch of no bueno in my opinion.
