My fan stopped working after months of use and they replaced it no questions asked just a short video of the problem. No hassle! Great customer service. Would recommend 100 percent.

Texted a stream of consciousness to pout that I wasn’t accepted as an ambassador. First world problems I know. BUT- I’m not an influencer. Just someone who loves my sauna. Anywho, Nicole responded to me in the most iconic, professional, hilarious way and y'all need to give that girl a raise last week. This is the kind of customer service that will heal the world.

Ordered using HSA with the help of Nicole! She texted with amazing customer service to walk me through finalizing my order, and I'm saving her contact info for any future questions. I love that I can text to get help and quickly! A game changer, our family is so excited to use our sauna!

Fantastic sauna with red light capabilities. Recently had a problem with my remote, contacted the support team, and they quickly responded with a solution. Everything is working as it should now! Can’t say enough about the customer service! It’s a rare occurrence these days and it’s encouraging to know there are still great people and great companies like SaunaBox.

I purchased a Saunabox plus pro and started having an issue with the remote. I contacted customer service and they quickly addressed my issues. I had read some reviews stating their customer service was lacking but that was not the case for me. They did an excellent job.
