We bought the sauna around Christmas used it a handful of times and the machine/heater stopped working. Still trying to figure out what to do. Wait for customer service to respond. Originally gave one star but since my post the company sent a replacement. Hopefully this one will work longer.

love the box I have outside the only problem is it leaks when it rains. I put a tarp on top so water cant get in. you should offer some kind of cover so water doesn't get in. Other than that it work great

Operationally speaking it works great - the App needs some work, hopefully they can fix some issues there. Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed our experiences in the Sauna Box.

Packaging was impressive, with everything tucked neatly inside. Frame went together easily and the outer fabric shell seems to be fairly well constructed, including the zipper. When using the unit, you can see light through the stitching and zipper areas, leaving you to wonder how much heat escapes while in use, but the inside does get and stays very hot during a session, over 120 degrees on Lv7. Between the sweat absorbing mat and the waterproof bottom of the shell, the sauna does a flawless job of preventing moisture/sweat from seeping out onto whatever type of floor it's sitting on, which is something I was worried about. After my purchase and initial few uses, I reached out to SAUNABOX via FB messenger with a few questions regarding suggestions for a light inside and thermometer. Their delayed and inadequate response is the reason they didn't get a 5th star. However, I am very happy with my SAUNABOX sauna!

Set up was quick and easy. Sauna gets hot and steamy but it does take a little while to figure out what setting actually makes you sweat vs just being drenched in steam. As we all know heat rises so it’s definitely hotter at the top so sometimes sitting the whole session you end up missing out on the benefits of the heat. Entering the sauna has to be quick and precise because if you don’t enter with some haste you will lose all your heat and steam in an instance. There should be warning on tubing and black steam hub in sauna that they get extremely hot to touch. Bumped my foot against both and it was not a pleasant experience. Overall it’s been a great addition to my home and I use it at least twice a week.

I like the product and my wife loves it. It is essentially boiling water in a chamber and piping the steam into the sauna. It does get warm in there but not as hot as I'd like. I drip by the time I get out but I feel like most of it is just condensed steam rather than sweat. The temperature inside the box is much cooler at the floor than the top as well so my feet and lower legs never really heat up.

Our sauna box was easy to put together and everything works as it should except the phone case. It already has a large tear in it and we’ve only used it about five times however everything else is awesome and boy do we feel wonderful when we get out😊

While I do enjoy using the SB, I feel like it could do a better job of retaining the heat. I definitely get a good sweat, but while sitting in the chair, from my knees down it’s definitely much cooler.
