I just received the sauna, which took a month to arrive. I will set it up and try it. After using it for a while, I'll be able to leave a better review.

Does not get hot enough. Even at Level 7 it does not get hot enough

The setup was very easy and the sauna is able to get surprisingly hot, however, my steam unit is no longer functional after only one week's worth of use. I will be contacting customer support in order to receive a new one.

Great idea, but fell short of expectations. Temperature varies a lot from top to bottom. Cumbersome to spray clean after each use vs a regular (dry) sauna. Also not quite big enough for someone 6'2" or taller. I used it three times, so I'm not allowed to return it.

I had a large IR sauna, I was impressed initially with the sauna box, it heated up quicker and gave me a better sauna experience. but the lid is made a very thin plastic and it cracked within months, so now my sauna doesn't work and their customer support does not assist. they send autoresponders that they'll get back to you in 12 to 24 hours but it's been days, I haven't heard anything back I've reached out to there social media and to their website. I had to buy a whole new standing unit off of Amazon. buyer beware this company has a great product but they have terrible customer service
