The product is fair and works pretty well actually. I enjoyed it while it lasted. The heater went out randomly and their customer service is terrible. They have no direct customer support via phone and say they will respond to an email. When they do respond it isnt helpful. The chatbot is nothing but useless

BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered a Saunabox Smartsteam Kit Pro on September 7th, 2024, for my fiancé's birthday order number 38811. It was received on September 18th. After 2 weeks of using it, the Smartsteam Pro Unit stopped working. We called customer support, and they got back to us on October 2nd 2024. We explained the issue, and they said they would send us a new one. Order number 41207. Today is October 24th, and they still have yet to send the replacement. We received an email after our follow-up stating there had been shipping delays. They keep telling me the same story week after week, "shipping delays, the back order will be in this week." After further investigation on social media as well as BBB complaints, it seems to be a common issue with the Smartsteam Pro Units abruptly stop working and Saunabox does not honor people's warranty by shipping the new replacement. I paid $349 for this product, and I expected Saunabox to stand by their business and do the right thing. I would like to request a full reimbursement so I can purchase a different one elsewhere.

I can not get the inside of the saunabox to heat up. All parts and hoses hooked up properely. No return emails from my emails. No phone numbers listed to contact someone that may know how to fix problem. Very bad customer service.

My girlfriend bought a saunabox from this company. I got inside while she was gone and did not know there was a box inside filled with blazing hot steam. The box was black with no labels, no reflectors, and the inside of the sauna box was black and steam was everywhere. It spilled all over the top of my foot causing severe second degree burns. The owner of the company called me and said they would come up with a settlement. He emailed me with a resolution of $500.00 and to send her sauna box back to be inspected. I will have scars on the top of my foot for the rest of my life and he offered me 500!!! What an insult!! If anyone else has had this happen lets start a class action lawsuit. Anyone interested leave a review in the comments and we will do this together. This company needs warning labels on the actual box, the plastic box inside the unit and on the outside machine! Very pissed off!!

Buyer beware of this company! They look all nice until you have to deal with support. I received my item 6 months ago damaged and had warranty for about 2 years. They want me to pay them more

Terrible customer service, gave me no warning that it was on back order, here waiting 2-3 weeks to get an item I ordered.

This product is cheaply made. It is low quality and poor construction. It takes weeks to receive and will come with some defect or problem. There is no way to contact the company other than an email that they are slow to respond to and no one will give you their name or employee identity so you cannot hold anyone accountable. They will spam you with adverts and requests to leave them a review but if the review is not a 5 star they will use review gating to block it from being viewed by others. This practice of hiding bad reviews is call review gating and is unethical and actually illegal under provisions set forth by the Federal Trade Commission. This entire operation is a well hidden scam. Don't let the fancy website fool you. This is a scam product being sold by an unethical group of con artists. There are way better products on the market. This company is concerned about quickly selling a bunch of poor quality products to make money before their customers realize they have been scammed and have time to warn other consumers.
