Don't buy from this company! They just spam you with proposals several times a day but when you buy they leave you. I've been waiting a month so far and still nothing. Last message was Nov 17th telling me I get delivery any day. What a joke! :(

It’s scam be very vary. I bought earrings that came in plastic not even in the box as claimed. The setting and materials bulky and cheap. The stud was bended already but with slight push went back feels like wire rather than metal. I emailed on same day for return and after 16 emails going around and still not providing any instructions I was advised that my earrings not refundable despite T&c advertised. You pay premium and get super cheap nasty stuff. Even some photos looks like ai created rather than real

The product looks really nice. However god forbid if you need a change in size or exchange- the customer service or lack thereof is a PAIN. They do NOT respond to emails at all. And emails is the only form of communication with them. Exchanges are made to feel so taxing and it takes away from the whole experience of owning a new piece of jewellery and leaves a really bad taste. Never buying again.
