The whole process was very well informed. From the moment you place an order, they constantly send updates on the stage of production. After receiving the product, my wife was very satisfied with the product and the packaging was top class. The only thing that I didn't know is that each order was made to order so there was additional waiting time of 10 to 12 days, on top of the shipping which delayed me gifting my wife the present on her birthday.

I was looking for a man made option and price point definitely won me over. The clarity is beautiful and decided to go with the 1 carat per ear. The setting is beautiful and the Light Show is awesome... she loved them right away!!! I see a future 2 carat pendant to come... Thank You
